Driving slow on Sunday morning...

Back felt tight this morning so I opted for a swim versus a go on a cardio machine.
100-500-100 pyramid on 1:40/100
The back half began to weigh on me though, and I was not getting much rest but that's a good thing as it's a workout. Still held my stroke together and didn't have to pad the intervals.
5 x 100 K mod, board and fins 1 FR, 4 x FL.
