Well, had a good Monday morning swim, and got 3500 done in 70 mins.

1x500 Warm up 9:00

4x150 Build (ez, mod, fast) 2:30

(1x100 Kick (Left/Right by 25) 2:15
4x (1x100 Kick streamline on back 2:00
(1x100 Swim 1:45
I used fins on the kicks or it'd would have really dragged on.

(1x50 Catch up 1:00
3x (1x100 Swim 1:30
(1x50 Tap behind 1:00
(1x100 Swim 1:30

1 x 300 Swim down 6:00

After that I rinsed off and hit the weights for 45 minutes!

Just got home and can't find my jammer!

    So is your "Blue Monday" about the lost jammer then? Because 3500 doesn't seem so blue ...

    I thought it was a Jammer rather than pair of Jammers...I could be wrong. This could be a new thread. on the scope of "Freestyle vs. Crawl" or "Lap vs. Lengths" egad!

    Fort...at least I didn't lose my sock...meh, yawn!
