    Are you only tapering 10 days because you're focused on the 200s? Or because you plan a full taper for Clovis? When you taper for Clovis, will you do a 3 week taper or a 2 week + hold speed taper?

    Are you feeling any better?

    Do you know others who lift through taper like you? Will you taper weights or "get strong during taper"?

    Actually my plan was
    normal training
    2 weeks of speed & strength training
    1 week of Taper
    This Sun - Wed I'm in Orlando at a Conference
    So I'll be training on my own

    Or because you plan a full taper for Clovis?
    My plan is to do speed and strength training once the Grand Prix is done, I hope to get stronger and faster

    When you taper for Clovis, will you do a 3 week taper or a 2 week + hold speed taper?
    I'll do speed and strength training then rest 7 to 21 days for Clovis

    Are you feeling any better?
    Still coughing, or do you mean better as in faster in the water

    Do you know others who lift through taper like you?
    Not sure I just know it works for me

    Will you taper weights or "get strong during taper"?
    about a week or 2 out I'll taper off weights
