Was very tired from a sleepless night so this one was a "just get through it" workout
SCY, Solo
Warmup:
200 swim free
400 reverse IM alt. kick/swim by 25
300 pull breathe 3/5 by 25
100 easy choice
Main Set
swim 3x300 with 30 sec. rest:
#1 free, 6 fly kicks off every wall
#2 back, 6 fly kicks off every wall
#3 as 3x100 IM with 10 sec. rest;
6 fly kicks off every wall except the breaststroke
200 easy
swim 6x50 on 1:00 choice: descend 1-3, 4-6 with 6 fly kicks off every wall
Cool down
200 easy
2600
Did a 40 minute spinning class at noon
