Slept better last night and that makes a big difference.

round 1: kicks - :52-:55, 75's - 1:00->:56
Round 2: kicks - :55-1:00, 75's 1:00->:54

swim 16x25 on 30 free: 4x around (4 breaths, 3 breaths, 2 breaths, 1 breath per 25)
had trouble with the 1 breath (took 3) on round 1 then did the rest without problems
Swam these around 18-20 s.
