PANCAKE DAY!
Well I went for a nice run on the elliptical today for 40 minutes. I did 4x 20 yoga ball squat thrusts, 10 chin-ups to see if I could...yep I can...one set bicep curl and then went for a swim:

12 x 25 K :45 with board MMMF x 3
3 x 100 K RI :15 FR, FR/FL, FL.
100 FR for time push start 1:11-1:12.
100 EZ
25 FL didn't get the time
75 EZ
2 x 50 Snork
2 x 50 FR

Had my pancakes when I got home from work!!!
