I found this workout at a swimworkouts.com, slightly modified. I had 5 lanes to myself and the seniors were in the first 5.
Just about every Master/fitness swimmers are finding the new morning open lap swim more convenient. Actually there has always been a morning open lap swim with the Y in the same pool.
I guess I needed to be alone, I'm finding that the struggle against the resistance of the water pales in comparison to the struggle of my mind and body, I have to push through the pain and the struggle to breath.
Yesterday I tried the underwater transition turn for back to breast, I found a workout that allowed me to figure it out, I get the idea, but it needs more practice...and more air!
