400 free :30 seconds rest 60% effort (6:05)
300 free :20 seconds rest 70% effort (4:25)
200 free :10 seconds rest 80% effort (2:42)
100 90% effort (1:17)

300 swim down- work on building speed in/out of turns. easy between the flags
Did half free, the rest back
