Forum posting interfered with my workouts a bit today. lol 5 mile run. Turned my injured ankle just a bit. 45 minutes in the gym I'm going to knock off all cross training now until after the Sprint Classic.
Turning your ankle while swimming is a LOT harder. So why run? :-)
Don't wanna get fat! Swimming makes me fat. Seriously, I saw a friend a week or so ago and she remarked that I had "completely changed" my body with swimming. She was referring to the muscle not fat, but still. I am a comparative tank. Plus, I love running outside on the trails. Being indoors all the time is no fun. Fall is the best for running.
I love running in the fall ... I'm trying to do it more.

Hahaha. Perhaps. But I've had to spend a lot of money on new clothes! You, lucky guy, get to find all your small clothes because you're shedding pounds like crazy.
