    Ande, You are cranking! Sweet 200 IM. How was the 100 fly for you, both SCY and LCM? Times look fast to me.

    I swam faster fly in 1992 but not in 1996 so it's my fastest 100 scy fl since 1992
    pleased with the IM
    felt strong the whole way
    happy with all my Day 1 swims

    Congrats on the IM and relay records. Nice 100 fly too. As I recall, that LC fly is a few tenths faster than last summer when you were fully tapered?
