DAY 2 Austin Grand Prix

RESULTS

drove in early today to watch practice
worked with Christian

had him flutter kick a fast 25 for time with a board
he went 35
gave him 3 tips then had him do another one
he went 30
he did a fast 25 for time
went 14..9
gave him a few tips & he went 14.5

Eddie Reese said my 2nd turn was "God awful"
I had no legs on the last length,

    The way I look at it, you are giving youself a chance at a great time by going out fast. I always liked that attitude. It's still fast. Clear your head and go for it tomorrow!

    hey guys,
    I'm probably an IMer, my fly, bk & free are pretty even. Breastroke isn't quite as good but it doesn't suck.
    went 1:51.4 in college, was 1:56. out of high school.
    I prefer the 100 IM
