Back into the water after a long weekend off. My shoulders feel a tad tight, and I wanted to get a decent workout in despite 7 people in the lane when I arrived at adult swim this am. It would have been better if the one dude doing side stroke would used the side of the lane, not the middle the whole time. Oh well ...

I had a busy weekend. My wife sold most of our jelly stock at a Christmas Bazaar (half of the profits go to the local Christian school, the other half to the medical mission program I am involved with) on Saturday. Sunday after work I went to a local nursing home and led the worship service (first Sunday of the month), then my son and I gave a presentation at church about our trip to Nicaragua in May.
