6 x 100 alt br/bk by 100 r:30
my breaststroke began to look an awful lot like fly drill ... hmmm ...
5 x 150 50fr/50fl/50fr on 2:30
8 x 25 sprint IM order - again my breaststroke looked and felt oddly like freestyle
2 x 250 pull - I swam these with a snorkel
6 x 75 Fr on 1:05 (we were given 1:15 but the point was to not get a lot of rest)
I ran about 2.5 last night - felt great last night legs were a bit tired today. Went out for breakfast after practice but came back and did about 30 minutes of lifting after practice.
The plan for the week:
Sunday - run
Monday - swim
Tuesday - cardio & swim (might not be able to make it to spin class)
Wednesday - Spin & weights (maybe swim)
Thursday - off
Friday - ?
Saturday - ?
