This was a pretty good workout for me. I surprised myself on the back set.
200 swim free
200 kick w/board choice
(went 50 flutter/50 breast )
200 IM drill
200 pull free breathe every 5
(these are starting to get a little easier)
200 no free
(went 50 fly/50 back/50 breast/50 back)
8 x 75 on 1:30 alt. kick/drill/swim by 25: go 2x through IM order, a 75 of each stroke
(Didn't make the interval on the breast in the 1st 4, took an extra 30 sec. before starting the 2nd round. Made the interval on all the 2nd time.)
Main Set
swim 3x200 back on 3:30 descend 1-3
(went 3:05 -2:58 - 2:48. My best ever is 2:46+ )
100 easy
swim 2x200 free on 3:30 #2 faster than #1
(went 2:50 - 2:40)
