Well my Sunday meet is wrecked, but at least things seem to be improving with my back and I'll be able to train up for zones...though I don't know how I'm going to workout he next month in training/taper terms after basically what will be a 3 week layoff by the end of next week.

I got in 1200 today and am hopeful of a good improvement in condition over the weekend.

    2 weeks cardio, 2 weeks cardio + speed, 1 week-10 days of speed + taper.

    You've only lost 2 weeks so far, so hopefully some of your aerobic conditioning is still there. You put in a lot of work the last few months. It hasn't all vanished.
