Back (l4-l5 herniation) was bothering me today, but I hung in there.
8 days till SCAM Berkeley meet....
another simple short one...
1x50 BK Kick
10x50 Kick w/fins on :50
4x100 FR Pull
6x75 1:10 (:50-:55)
6x50 Pace on 1:00 (avg :37)
I kept it non-stop, finished in about 45 min.
Later I did about 30 minutes of Pilates/yoga and some dryland.
The Y will be swimming this fine Saturday morning (March 14), and I was hoping to be there...but I need to rest my back until Masters on Monday...
