I would have loved to have been able to mix in some stroke or IM's on the set of 200's but decided not to rock the boat. There was plenty of rest for some fast swims. I think I am getting in better shape. I am not as winded after the fast swims. Maybe I am not pushing it hard enough.

    You know us sprinters need our rest especially after a LONG 200!

    Word on the street is that a 200 is a sprint. You did well with this one.
