Mixing it up this year

My sinuses have gone balistic on me. Coulldn't breath well, but by the time I finished my 500 I could breath better. This only lasted for as long as I was in the pool room. Now I am back to feeling like crud.

Needless to say I didn't think I could do a sprint workout any justice but could I put away an old distance set like a pro.

500 free kick w/zoomers every 3rd lap fast
10x100 free w/paddles & bouy #1-4@1:30, 5-7@1:25, 8-9@1:20, 10@1:15 I made them all! I was shocked I did not fall off pace one the last one.
100 free kick w/snorkle
100 free torque drill w/paddles
100 fly torque drill w/paddles
200 free

Total 2500 yards
