Swam at HSA w/ Dave. Pretty low turnout for a Saturday. Got a whole 50m lane for the two of us.

LCM

400 Warm up

400 Reverse IM - down drill, stroke back
4 x 100 Kick w/ fins
4 x 100 down easy/back fast

4 x 100 down free/back choice stroke
4 x 200 Pull - 3:00 (Made them on 2:30-2:40)
4 x 100 down easy free/back hard stroke im order

3 Times through:
* 50 Stroke (IM Order by round)
* 100 Free
* 150 IM
* 200 Free

200 Cool down
