04.02.12 - Monday workout

Swam w/ Dave x 2 and Roger. Pool temp down in the low 80s. Almost has to be a broken boiler. Played soccer this weekend. That messed my back up. My flip turns suffered from the stiffness. Hopefully it will be better tomrrow.
400 Warm up
6 x 50 - :45
800 Open turns every 200 yards (2:25, 2:25, 2:25, 2:23)
I should be able to go a bit faster than this but my flip turns were horrid. If I wasn't having trouble rotating through the turn, I was completely missing walls or jamming myself up. Frustrating.

* 250 Kick - 5:00
* 6 x 50 - 1:00 Odds stroke, evens pull, #5 hard
