Got in for a quick final pre-meet swim. Time to race fast tomorrow.

4 x 100 Free @ 1:30 (1:11-1:12s)
3 x 100 Free Pull @ 1:20 ( 1:05-1:06s)
4 x 50 Kick w/ board @ 1:00 (:40-:42s)
1 x 100 Free stretch out

4 x 75 @ 1:30 (50 Free, 25 Fly Fast)
feel good to go

    Nothing really. Just something to do. It gives me something to shoot for, and maybe I can make the others take out their 1650's too fast. It's all in good fun though, since the time for me won't count for anything anyway.

    Keep in mind James is signed up for five events almost back-to-back tomorrow with the 200 free (fly) being the last. He'll need that gridge to keep himself going!

    Exactly!! Anything to push me through...and I will attempt it as a legal 200 Fly as well, just to abide by the rules.
