Swam on my own before coaching ...
Lots of fly drills focusing on body position, rhythm and feel. I did some full stroke swimming - several 25s trying to hold an ideal 100 pace, a 50 and a 75 once again just trying to get into a good pace for a 100. I have been told I have a good stroke and tempo for a 50 but not for a 100.
Feelin' pretty good going into my meet on Saturday. I'm swimming the 50/100 free, 100 IM and 50 fly.
