Still not feeling it, but at least I'm resting my sore muscles. Arms have taken a beating for a while. I'll plan to hit it hard again on Friday, and then we'll rest next week for Canadian Nationals.

Speaking of which...where are the psych sheet postings online for this meet? It's a week away, and still nothing. I mainly want visual confirmation that I'm in the meet. I do have my online receipt, but sometimes that's not good enough.

That Guy...you're good at finding "hard to find stuff" on the internet. Where are the psych sheets for 2012 Canadian Nats? (other than the direct link off www.cmsc2012.ca)

The 200 fly just took it all out of you!

Going with the steel taper or laser measurement?

Canadians are much more low key about these things, especially those laid-back BC-Canadians. Just go with the flow and enjoy the racing.

Maybe, but I doubt it really took it out of me. I definitely did get hyped for the race time last Monday though - about 2 minutes prior to the swim.

Not sure...since I don't have a laser device there's probably no other choice. I'm pretty sure I heard from someone that Ginger Pierson (from Oregon I think) was going and planning to set some records too, so she was going to be bringing a laser device.

Honestly, I wasn't even planning to worry about the measurement process for this one. I just figured with how close it was driving (4 hours), that I'd just go to the meet, swim fast, and bring home some Canadian hardware. If the times become eligible for USMS, great!

Ahhhh...so that's why there's no psych sheet printed until probably a week AFTER the meet.

A steel tape works, too. I was actually considering buying one but never got around to it.

I have mine. I'll try to remember it. But if Ginger is there with the laser, that's even better!
