2K kick w/fins

Trying to rival the brevity of Jazz.

Left shoulder twingy. Tweaked it on the SCAR?

Did some injury prevention stuff w/cords.

Did 2K kick/drill w/long fins.

Will do yoga/stretching soon.

Might swim tomorrow.

    I swam only 2000 yds today. Pretty sure the rib in my middle left back is broken... I can feel it moving around when I twist. I wrapped myself up with some plastic shrink wrap and put on an old fast skin. I'm pretty sure that my marshmallows are the only thing that got me through the lakes (but swimming isn't as painful as turns in the pool). I might take a couple of days off... sneezing sucks.

    Dave, that sucks ... but, given your tag line on your email, "anything worth doing is worth overdoing," I guess this is par for the course for you?
