Did one of Fort's today. Ankle is still a bit bothersome...but feels like it's on the mend.
Warm up:
200 swim
200 IM drill
200 kick
4 x 50 kick w/fins, 25 UW, 25 over @ 1:00
4 x 50 free w/paddles, breath every 8-10 strokes @ :50
4 x 50 torque drill w/paddles @ 1:30

Main Sets:
28 x 50, done as:
10 x 50: 10-12.5 m AFAP sprint + cruise, rest :15
10 x 50: 15 m AFAP sprint + cruise, rest :20
5 x 50: 20 m AFAP sprint + cruise, rest :25
50 EZ
2 x 50: 25 m AFAP sprint + cruise, rest :30
1 x 50 AFAP
I was surprised to do as well on the last AFAP considering the rest amount was not that high. I did 33/34 nothing earth shattering but I thought it was good for the end of the set.
