Pyramid of pain!

Well I bludgeoned my way through a 100-500-100 pyramid on 1:40s I normally get it done with good rest...but I was not motoring at my best today. SO I had to take an extra :30 at the 400-500 mark. Not sure if it's breathing or something else going on..I have a bit of an ear infection clearing up so perhaps my breathing is impacted through the sinuses etc.

So after the pyramid:
3 x 100 Pull with paddles
4 x 50 SDK slow with fins.

Second day in a row of 3000 yards...feels good. I can't lift or do cardio yet but if I can crank out 3k a day I'll be ok.

    Think of it as a pyramid of gain. You're getting back in the groove slowly but surely.
