Chin-ups
Body weight (164 lb.), 10 sets of 3

This is the first time I have done chin-ups without using the assist machine, and while they weren't easy I didn't struggle either. I am pleased with my progress, the first time I did these six weeks ago I was 5 lb. lighter and used 60 lb. of assistance.

Shoulder Press
on the Technogym machine
10 @ 40 lb.
10 @ 50 lb.
10 @ 50 lb.
10 @ 50 lb.

Box jumps
3 sets of 10

    Yes, there is one hanging on the wall of the gym. I have never seen anyone use it, but I am planning to give it a test drive next week
