It is so hard to get started with this taper. I am still getting 4000 in per day but I have dropped the intensity down.
I did notice my kick is much stronger than in the past so all of this kicking might just be paying off with my swimming but not with the rolls on my thighs. Those don't want to go away.

8x50 from dive 2 of each stroke breakout to 15 meters fast then easy free
500 Free every 3rd lap 6 beat kick
100 free EZ
