This coming Saturday will be my 1st meet of the year. The Utah Masters State Meet.

SCY, with Carrie

Warmup
400 reverse IM alternate kick/swim by 25
300 pull free
200 IM drill
200 no free
(did this as continuous 100 IM 100 rev IM)

swim 6x50 choice on 1:00 alternate drill/build by 25
(went 2x fly-back-free on these)


swim 4x50 free on 1:00 descend 1-4
(went 40-37-35-33)

swim 2x50 choice on 1:00 #2 faster than #1
(did back, went 40, 36)

pull 2x200 with 20 sec. rest: #1 free, #2 back; keep 'em both nice and smooth
(went 2:45, 3:10)

swim 3x50 on 2:30 as 25 fast off blocks, 25 easy float back
(did #1 fly, #2 back, #3 free, didn't get any times)

300 swim down

Total: 2550 yards


40 minute spinning class at noon. This one was a nice "easy ride".
