└fter a long physically draining week at work I struggled through the following.

About 3900

We got home about 1 am from a gymnastics meet and my alarm went off at 5 am to head to the pool. I actually did the 200's on the 2:55 instead of the interval given to me. I wimped out. Time to relax on the beach for a few hours with the family before this weeks tourists check into their rentals and hit the beach.

    Are you doing any competitions this summer?

    The Dixie Zone LCM meet is in Greenville SC in Aug. That should be it. The problem is that we don't have a LC pool to train in. I guess I will just try to beat my times from last year at our state meet in a few events.

    Do you have a full schedule or any focus meets ?
