4 x 25 on :45 - Really Fast
4 x 50 on 1:10 Kick Fast.
Round 1 & 2 All backstroke
Round 3 - 100 free, 25's fly

2 x 150 on 2:30 Negative Split Break @ 75 :10R

Cooldown
1 x 300 easy kick/swim/DAB

Total 2,700 Yards

Went to spinning class during my lunch break today. It was a kick a** session and my legs are really feeling it now even after 4 hours.
