This was disappointing too
Think I went 25.6 last yr
Slow start
Swam a 4 IM before it
Felt weak & slow
But I'm pissed off & determined to improve at zones
From now till then I'm focused on speed & strength

Nice job. July is a rough period to swim fast in LCM. The best time to put out good LCM times is May and August. Of course, that is based on my experiences in the last few years. You will probably do better in August.
