Meet Info / Entry Form
Days Till

I was disappointed with my sprint times at Nats. They were:
50 FR 26.14
50 BK 29.50
50 BR 34.66

From now till zones I'm training for speed & strength. I'm curious about how much & determined to improve my 50 & 100 times times between now and Zones. I also plan to continue strength & speed training for SCM

I had 30 days to train.

Hey Ande, if you're looking for a very late LCM meet there's one in Gresham, Oregon at the Mt. Hood CC pool (same place 2008 summer Nationals were held) the weekend of August 24-26. Here's the info: https://www.clubassistant.com/club/m...1352&smid=3425

Thanks for starting the thread. I was thinking of doing that myself. The Oregon meet could be a good one for those looking for a "last chance."
