a distance day of sorts

I have noticed my distance waining a bit lately so I am going to try to do 2 days a week of distance, 3 days sprint and 1 day Easy!
Did not feel fast or strong on anything today but my 300's went well despite feeling slow. Once again I noticed my left arm not finishing my stroke so I just had to force it.
