I have gotten better at bilateral breathing but it still slows my down. The focus here was not on the speed but the breathing patterns. Plenty of work left to do! I can go faster breathing 4,6,8. That opposite side stuff kills me. Thankfully, the intervals were not too fast.

BTW, I have forgotten to mention the "No Smoking" signs that have been posted in the fitness centers locker rooms. Are you kidding me! Apparently there have been some issues. I laugh everytime I see those signs.
