2 - Pull w/ buoy + paddles

3x100 @ :10 rest
1 - pull w/ buoy + paddles (count strokes)
2 - pull w/ buoy only (count strokes)
3 - swim (count strokes)
2x50 @ 1:00 kick w/ board fast

300 EZ
