Mixing it up this year

Not a bad workout but just did not feel fast. I felt I was going 100% but the times could have been fast. I have to remind myself the last two weeks were kick specific up until I could get the shoulder worked out. Right shoulder tweaky today but moved thru it this time.

Also tried doing a good warm down today to see if this will help.
