08.14.12 - Tuesday workout

Swam w/ Roger, Dave, Dave, Ray and Sam. Felt better today. Most of the workout was stroke. Getting used to the drag suit again.

600 Warm up

2 Times through:
* 5 x 200 - 3:00 (odds Stroke, evens free)
* 100 Easy (skipped on second iteration - took masters minute instead)
* 5 x 100 - 1:45 (#1 - odds stroke, evens IM; #2 - odds IM, evens kick)
* 100 Easy (skipped on second iteration - took masters minute instead)
* 5 x 50 - 1:00 Kick
* 100 Easy (skipped on second iteration - took masters minute instead)

200 Cool down
