Solo swim this morning. We have company in town so I won't be able to make the team practice afterwork. I haven't been working out as much as I would have liked to lately so todays emphasis was to just swim.

Nothing very creative here. It is tough to get highly motivated to swim solo but it felt good to be back in the pool.
