swim 400 alternating free/back by 100's
kick 200 on back
pull 200 with p&b
drill 4 x 50, 1 arm by 25's free and back
swim 100 easy

8 x 100 on 2:00 choice: odds drill, evens build each 25 to about 85%
(1-4 back, 5-8 free. The builds: back 1:25, free 1:15
100 easy

pull 8 x 75 (no paddles) on 1:30: odds breathe 3/5/3 by 25, evens build to about 85%
(all free odds around 1:00, builds around :55)
100 easy

3x25 off blocks, float back
(started with backstroke, right calf cramped on start so I stopped and stretched it out. Then did 1 25 fly and 1 25 free from the blocks)

Cool down
swam 300 yards alternating free and back

Total: 3100 yards
