w/u: 200 Fr/200 Bk/200 IM drill
10 x 50 on :45 (5th one back, rest free)
5 x 100 kick on 2:00
200 loosen and out
(Solo/Rec/1800 yds/30 min)

Tuesday mornings are well know for being crowded, so I didn't bring my bag of toys with me. Ended up splitting a lane the whole time I was there. Felt horrible in the water, but muddled through with a focus on DPS.

Plan to get back tonight for Masters practice and swim, with more gusto than I have now.
