I've been swimming about 2 days a week but posting my workouts has been pretty far down on the list these days.
Currently 18.5 weeks pregnant and haven't gained nearly as much weight as this time last pregnancy! Probably due to all of the walking Rachel and I do in the mornings (around 1-1.5 hours) and also the fact that I rarely just sit during the day anymore now that she is super mobile! I've also been running about 2 days a week, though have really slowed down already! We also bought a bike trailer and took Rachel for her first ride last weekend - 13 miles! Fortunately Jeff pulled the trailer but I STILL can't keep up with him on the hills. Very humbling!
I finally feel like I'm getting back into good swimming shape! Loved this workout, definitely one to repeat again in the future!
