10x100 @ 1:10 swim w/ fins aerobic + 5 fly kicks off each wall

1 - 50 STRK/50 FR
1 - 25 FR/50 STRK/25 FR
1 - 50 FR/50 STRK
All FR was aerobic and all STRK was IM order in sets of 3.
