Was tired all day yesterday after swimming, but got some rest and felt better today - even after swimming. Put in some good yardage but not quite as much as yesterday - did more kicking and backstroke.
Swam with Dave B, Dave M, Peter, Roger, Danny, and Meredith.
10x150 on 2:20 - last three took off :05 per rep down to 2:05 (kept all under 2:05)
