Swam with Aamon, Jason, & David
beside Tyler, Marcio, Chris, Ned, Keith, & Larry

assigned: 1000 did 5 - 600

20 x 200 FR on 3:00
Best average
(she said we could choose stroke & distance, 100's, 150's or 200's,
but they all had to be the same)
after 10, we did an easy 100 fr I lead all but #11 & 12,
went 2:13's & 14's on most of them
tried to stay smooth
