4x150 @ 2:15 rolling IM 100/50 (so #1 was 100 FL/50 BK, etc.), 1 pink/2 red/1 blue pace
2x100 @ 1:45 50 dr/50 swim

Really sore from lifting yesterday and felt very sluggish in the water.
