I modified one of Leslie's recovery workouts from last spring.

Warmup (700)
200 swim - 200 kick 200 pull - 100 scull

Main Sets (1900)

16 x 25 shooters w/monofin @ :45
4 back, 4 belly, 2 left side, 2 right side, 4 360s
50 EZ

4 x (3 x 50) DPS
#1 back/1:00; #2 breast/1:15; #3 free/1:00

10 x 25 @ :45
odds = easy speed fly - evens = EZ free
50 EZ

8 x 25 free/:45, 0-1 breath each
50 EZ

6 x 50 pull DPS, odds free, evens back
