We survived the hurricane pretty well. Only lost power for 6-7 hours and no trees or limbs down. Whew.

I kind of staggered through this workout. I've still got that cold that's been bothering me for 2 weeks and the last couple days my left ear has been really painful. Went to my ENT today: ear infection and had a throat culture for a strep test. Need to stay out of the water for 3 days. Doc said I could use a board + ear plugs + cap. Fun! I'm glad I made it through the meet, at least.

Happy Halloween everyone! I have carved scary jack o' lanterns, put up the rest of our decorations and purchased candy!
