- 1st Round of 5 - did Fly (1:07, 1:05, 1:06, 1:05, 1:07)
- these hurt, but felt good at the same time) <--I'm weird like that.
- 2nd Round of 5 - did Breast (1:16-1:19s)
- these sucked, but not as much as backstroke would've hurt, that's why I did breast

- #10 as I was ready to leave, I told the 14 year old behind me to "try and catch me"...bad move on my part (I had intentions of going fast)
- He was on top of me at the 75 turn and scared the crap out of me...I did beat him to the wall, but his :05 second interval sendoff behind me absolutely crushed me. I did go a 1:02, so Henry was around :57.
- I asked him if my "try and catch me" is what spurred him on. He said "Yup!" Normally he doesn't swim like that.
