Just a super boring recovery workout. Gah, I really find these hard to get through. This feeling does not bode well for upcoming taper ...
Body feels fatigued from training. I hope a couple days rest will mean that I don't suck on Sunday. Teen Fort will be swimming too. She's most jazzed about relays, but we still need another fast dude besides Speedo for mixed relays. No psych sheet yet. But last I checked there were only 128 people entered with tomorrow as the deadline.
